RFP & proposal assistants
Turn past bids, capability statements, and compliance documents into a working first draft. An INRI GPT proposal workflow separates what your company can prove from what still needs an answer.
Turn scattered documents, sales conversations, and company knowledge into work your team can actually use.
Built around your process.
Created by Inri Inc.
Start where repetitive work meets useful data. We build the assistant around the task, the industry, and the people doing the work.

Give teams a practical way to find the right procedure across SOPs, training material, and internal documentation. Start with one department and one approved knowledge set.
Turn call transcripts and email threads into specific coaching notes. See the customer’s words beside the objection, buying signal, and suggested follow-up.
Make more of the material you already created. Turn a source transcript or article into channel-specific drafts that keep the original facts and voice.
Work with an AI integration partner from the first workflow map to a tested pilot. Connect the right model to the tools, data, and approvals your business already uses.
Use a sample or paste redacted text. See what an AI-assisted workflow can give your team before you build anything.
Load a sample, then run the analysis.
The result here is generated live.
Illustrative workflow comparisons, not measured customer results. In a pilot, we agree on a baseline and measure the change.
Search past bids folder by folder. Copy answers. Track missing evidence in a separate spreadsheet.
Start with a requirements matrix, relevant source passages, and a visible list of evidence gaps.
Replay the call, skim notes, and decide what mattered from memory.
Review stated objections, supporting quotes, and a suggested follow-up question in one brief.
Rewrite the same webinar from scratch for every channel.
Begin with channel-specific drafts based on one approved source, then edit and publish.
Scope a workflow around your existing systems, with explicit access rules and a human approval step where it matters.
See the integration approachWe explain where data goes, what is stored, and what needs review. Production requirements are agreed before a project goes live.
The site and AI requests use HTTPS. Model credentials stay on the server.
INRI GPT does not train models on demo inputs. Cloudflare’s Workers AI policy also excludes training without consent.
Turnstile verification, input limits, rate limits, and a daily AI usage cap protect the public demo.
Outputs are drafts. Your team reviews decisions, outbound messages, and final documents.
From models to setup, here’s how we approach the work.
Explore the demo APIChoose proposal review, company knowledge, sales analysis, or content repurposing. Paste 30–4,000 characters of sample text and receive a real AI-generated draft. No account is required.
The public sandbox uses Meta Llama 3.1 8B through Cloudflare Workers AI. For a business project, model selection depends on your accuracy, privacy, latency, and budget requirements.
INRI GPT does not use demo submissions to train models. Cloudflare states that Workers AI customer content is not used for model training without explicit consent. Use sample or redacted text in the public demo.
Short examples normally return within seconds, but model load and input length affect timing. The interface shows when a request is processing and provides a clear message if the service is unavailable.
Yes, we can scope integrations with tools such as Slack, Salesforce, Shopify, Google Drive, and your internal APIs. These are custom project integrations, not preconnected accounts in this demo.
Often, no. Many workflows work better by retrieving approved information, applying clear instructions, and keeping a human review step. Fine-tuning is considered only when the use case and evaluation justify it.
We start with a workflow review, agree on the documents and systems in scope, and define how to measure success. The next step is a focused pilot, followed by testing, handover, and any agreed support.
We do not currently claim SOC 2 certification. The public demo uses HTTPS, Cloudflare Turnstile, server-side credentials, and request limits. Any project-specific compliance requirements must be reviewed and agreed before production use.
